First I tried the conventional route with a realtor listing on the MLS. I have to say the agent did a really good job with the listing, it just didn't happen.
I then decided to do the non-traditional method of listing through Fizber. This worked, but still took a while to get a serious offer. This was mostly due to the location, which is slow to recover from the recession.
I recommended Fizber to a good friend and he sold in less than a month.
I find it amazing how potential buyers don't figure out the home is for sale by the owner. I mean we were listed on the MLS by a real estate broker through Fizber, just like a traditional sale, but no one noticed the broker was many miles away from the address of my property.
